                                         Laura, John, and Wilma moved to Betula in July, 1912, and the Pierce Keenan  family in August of the same year. Mary Elizabeth, her daughter Cora and
                                         son, Fred, stayed in a small house in Cross Fork, while their home was torn down, moved and rebuilt in Betula. Both houses completed & occupied.  From
                                         Cora's Diary......"We moved to Betula on Wednesday, August 7th, 1912."
