A. L. Gallup Sells Part of Farm
Thursday, November 26, 1936

By a deal concluded Friday, A. L. Gallup, prominent Irish Hollow farmer, sold part of his acres – the original Gallup farm on the Smethport-Burbank paved highway – to E. Raymond comes, et al.
These broad acres laying on both sides of the highway, adjoin the model dairy farm of E. D. Comes & Sons.
Located on the property are a dwelling house and huge barn. The original Gallup homestead was destroyed by fire several years ago.
Mr. Gallup retains the Irish Hollow farm which he purchased from the late James Quirk and on which he resides.
