Gifford's Lower Mill Shut Down Temporarily

Gifford's lower mill was shut down last Saturday on account of a break down. While the carriage was being run back the nigger-head flew up and struck it, breaking the blocks and throwing the setter, his assistant and S.J. Gifford in a promiscuous heap. No one was injured.
