Rainy Day Farm has been around since 1974, shortly after the marriage of Ray and Nancy Dart. They have three boys, who currently live on ether side of the famous farm. The farm consists of an Angus cow barn, a dog and cat boarding kennel, a lovely horse barn, and everything else in between. The farm has a variety of animals like pigs horses and alpacas. Rainy Day Farm is home to the McKean County Elusive Riders, a program that offers horseback riding therapy to handicaped children. Nancy and Ray Dart do not only run their own farm, but they have many other interests. Ray and his son John work in the oil field for the “Phillips and Dart” company, in which Ray is the vice president. Nancy does local work for the SPCA. She houses many animals at her own expense to save their lives and find them homes.
