Brockway Glass Company's General Services Building served as an Engineering and Research facility. The final stage was completed in 1969 (beginning in 1965). It was planned for expansion of any or all design, production control, quality control, engineering and research groups. Constructed of concrete, masonry, and a light steel frame, the buildinghas an extensive use of prismatic glass blocks with colored block inserts. It also has metal partitions.
