The Flanders 20 Roadster and the EMF 30 were two types of classic cars that were found in this very garage. The EMF Roadster was made to represent the Everitt- Metzger-Flanders Co., which produced such cars. Bernard F. Everitt was the president, William Metzger was the sales manager and Walter Flanders was the general manager of the company.

In April of 1909, the Studebaker Co. of South Bend, Indiana aggregated about one-third in stock of the EMF Co. and was to control the entire production of EMF's for three years.
