- Vickery and Oguine sold it to F.J. Vickery in 1886
- F.J. Vickery sold it to the Acme Mill Co. in 1888
- Acme Mill Co. sold it to J.W. Brennen in 1893 and
added to the structure
- J.W. Brennen sold it to J.H. Green in 1898
- J.H. Green sold it to F.A. Green in 1906
- F.A. Green sold it to G.W. Hewitt in 1935, which
it was then known as
"FLOUR & FEED MILL"
- GEO. W. Hewitt sold it to Richard Tanner in 1946,
and Mr. Tanner and his brother
Lyle operated the mill as a feed and farm supply ,paint and later sold
Arvin Televisions there
- R ichard Tanner sold it to the Smethport Cable
Co. in 1977
- The Smethport Cable Co. sold it to Thomas Petroleum
in 1980, Thomas was an oil and petroleum distributor
- Thomas sold it to Witter Gas and Oil Co. of Port
Allegany in 1985,Witter is also a distributor of Gasoline and petroleum
products
- Witter sold the building to Wolfe's in may of 1998.
