A project in 1963, the Tropical Gardens Hotel was an apartment hotel designed to create a pleasant environment at modest cost for intermediate
term visitors and transient workers on this lovely sub-tropical island. An open plan invites the trade winds, and access to the central gardens and
pool is convenient for all. Living unit sizes vary from studios to two bedroom apartments, usually with hotel rooms between allowing increased
flexibility of rental patterns to meet fluxuating requirements.
