Designed to improve a remote, heavily wooded site dramatically sloping down to Cayuga Lake, the Dennis home provides a variety of facilities for a couple with many hobbies. The three story glass wall allows the living areas to encompass the stepped terraces and the constantly changin lake surface. With it being owner-built over a period of years, it's constructed entirely of concrete and masonry and includes radiant heating (trademark of Raymond Viner).
