In 1986, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Kolivoski bought the Colonial and

converted it into its present condition as a luxury apartment complex.

The building was subject to severe renovations, all the wood was

refinished, and the addition built by Mr. Munn was removed, as it

did not meet the standards of the rest of the building.
